Hi everyone, Just started.

I've done some reviews and I notice that the overall score I gave the scripts did not show up on the 'Rating' Subtitle at the top of my review.

Instead it just said, 'not yet rated'. Looked around for something (like a button) I'd missed, but can't see it.

Anyone had a similar problem,

Dan

Dan, when you did the review, did you do it as an assignment or did you do it as a freebie?  I don't know if that would have something to do with your scores not showing up or not, but it's possible.

Hi Billie,

It was an assignment, and I've now done three and all were incorrect, indicating 5.0 as the score.

Dan, I may not be understanding your question.  The 5s shown are the scores the writers gave you for your reviews.  When we do a review, the writers, and others, can rate the reviews anywhere from one (the lowest) to a five.  Fives are the highest scores given so obviously they thought you did a good job by rewarding you with a 5.

On one of your three reviews, there is no overall rating on the script itself for concept, story, character, etc., because it takes three reviews before the scores for the script shows up.  Your scores are counted though, and I say that because one that you did has received three reviews (including yours) and the scores show.  In other words, three people reviewed that script.  They may not have given the exact same score for each category but it's averaged out.  If you click on the script and look at the scores, they show.

Does that help?

Hi Billie,

Thanks for getting back. So the subtitle rating line I'm talking about is the last line below:

Review of A Sheriff's War
Written by Jermaine Jones
Reviewed by Dan O'Dwyer
(posted Feb 07, 2019)
(Screenplay | Action, Drama, 113 Pages)
Ratings: 1 Score: 5.00

So the last line says 'Ratings: 1 Score: 5.0'. Since this script has only been reviewed once, is this the score i gave the script? Or is it my Reviewer rating?

The other two scripts I reviews have been reviewed 3 and 7 times, also say 'Ratings: 1 Score: 5.0'. So it must be my Reviewer rating?

Yes, that 5 you're seeing is your rating for doing the review and as I said before, a 5 is the highest score you can get so obviously he/she was pleased with your review.

Billie, Now I get it. Though I think that heading should be called 'Reviewer Rating' to avoid confusion.

Thanks for your help. By the way, I just saw your profile.

Wow! .... RESPECT!!
