I have been writing screenplays for the past few years, and to date have developed a number of short and feature-length screenplays. I currently live in Hampshire, England with my wife and children as I continue to develop and further a career as a screenwriter, as well as a proofreader and copy-editor.
Screenplays and Experience:
‘Brown and White’ – Feature – Qualified to the third round of judging for the British Feature Screenplay competition and received positive feedback from the BBC Writer’s Room.
‘Honour Based Violence’ – Feature – Short-listed into the final eight entries by The Script Factory in 2010 as part of the Serious Screenwriting Development Scheme. Short-listed for the Euroscript development scheme in 2012.
‘Coffee and Cordite’ – Short – British Short Screenplay competition semi-finalist and is currently in development with an independent director/producer team.
‘Status’ – Short – In development with Granger films.
‘Playing Away’ – Short – Bluecat Short Screenplay Semi-finalist 2013. In development/pre-production with a production company based in Australia.
Current Projects:
At the moment I am developing the feature-length screenplays ‘Bloodline’ and ‘Row D – Box 23’, along with a number of other projects, both feature and short length, which are at various stages of development.
Qualifications / Courses:
I have attended and completed numerous short courses and lectures run by The Script Factory, Euroscript, Raindance and BAFTA. I previously completed a distance learning course and obtained a diploma in relation to screenwriting.
