"Fallen" is like a blend of “Roswell” and “Vampire Diaries”. The story is about a student, Nevlin Taylor, 16, who finds that there’s a world out there that very few people see. When the story begins, Nevlin uses a con to exploit believes in the dead, while making sure they come back for more, to keep business booming. To worsen the situation, Nevlin is killed by a hit-and-run and brought back to life by Megan, who unknowingly exposes herself to him, as a Nephilim.
While still in a state of flux, Nevlin pursues the reality of his resurrection and seeks explanations as to what unearthly winged creature Megan appears to be. In the process Nevlin seriously exposes two more Nephilim survivors, Megan’s brothers, who have been in secret hiding with their sister for some time. The incident further heightens when the local detective, Bell, becomes suspicious about Megan’s angelic nature and possible involvement in a murder of a boy.
The culmination of incidents and the fear of being exposed push the Nephilim brothers into survival mode. Eliot insisting they all disappear again, while Garth is more inclined to harsher tactics, leaving Megan conflicted and accountable. Ultimately an escape is executed by the Nephilim, which becomes a complication on its own for them and Nevlin,
