Cosmosis

After 17 generations and 400 years the inbred crew of the Miracle Five, lost in space on it's maiden voyage to Mars, discover they are approaching a star. The hunt for a planet is on and arguments about searching for Earth ensue. Upon the realization that a planet looms ahead, they also find they are on a collision course with it and the only way to live is to abandon ship, the only home they have ever known. Meanwhile, fellow space travelers, who left Earth on the same course years after Miracle Five, but traveling much faster, catch up with them.
