The Crossing - Baby, it's just the Beginning

What if parts of the world were covered in fog, and the rest was just like a normal day - sunny, nice, perfect. But what if you couldn't cross over from one side to the other without dieing? How would a government fend for itself if the President was in sunny Hawaii, and the Vice President in foggy DC? How would families cope if some of their loved ones were "stuck" on the other side?

Episode Synopsis

Fog enshrouds parts of the world, and it's discovered that citizens can't pass from one side to the other - otherwise, they will die. The weather is changing for the worse and then bad things begin to happen. A flight from Hawaii to London arrives at Heathrow, with only 5 survivors of a full flight. Why have they died? A train derails for no reason - what's happening?
