Episode Synopsis

Melanie Auburn has it all planned out: she's on a plane to New York to start living the life she's dreamed of. A life of a successful fashion designer. There are two things she forgets... a reality check and her anxiety attacks.

As her plans backfire, she calls the only person she knows who lives there - her aunt Francine, whom she hasn't seen in over a decade. To her surprise, Francine is happy to welcome her.

'The Mean Reds', is a bar owned by Francine and her husband Raph. The hostess, Maya, is being hostile to Melanie. Melanie meets Joe, the shift manager, who saves her from another bout of anxiety.

We find out Francine's secret. Meanwhile, at the alley behind the bar, Maya almost gets raped, as Melanie appears just in time to make the guy leave.
