The Amulet

A young man, POL, from the planet Necrus must travel to Earth in search of Princess Talia, who has been in hiding for thirteen years. Unbeknownst to the princess, she is the last heir to the throne of Necrus, and forces are bent on destroying her. She is a threat to all existence if she dons the Amulet of Trassa on her eighteenth birthday, for it will consume her being and create a raging Phoenix of destruction.

Pol travels to Earth with the sole mission of killing her. Along the way, he loses his brother at the hands of Alphera, and must overcome the new denizens of a town where over the years, people have been sent to protect the Princess. Each person he encounters has unique and powerful abilities.

But a problem occurs. Pol falls in love with the Princess, and not all the people of the town are on Alphera's side. Pol must decipher who is good and who is evil, all the while trying to figure out who is behind the whole plot. Is Alphera the real enemy? Is it Lord Tyree?

By the end, Pol faces his greatest challenge. He must kill Talia, in order to save the galaxy. Or does he?
