Sean is a high school dropout with no apparent future. He gets a long awaited contract to bike race professionally only to encounter competitors fueled up on performance enhancing drugs and a jealous ex team mate who attempts to sabotage him whenever the opportunity arises. He has an enormous temptation to begin his own drug program despite the warnings from his long term mentor. To complicate matters further he meets and falls in love with a mysterious woman who is not what she seems to be.
The fact that his competitors were on drugs was no surprise to him; his ability to compete against them drug free was. He first chooses then rejects using drugs but is falsely accused of using them anyway, jeopardizing his chances at a lucrative European contract.
He must prove his innocence, earn a place on a high paid team, live up to his mentor's ideals and resolve his differences with his love interest.
