FEAR CITY

An entire city living in fear - a serial sniper is killing randomly so nobody feels safe. Nobody knows who the killer is, except Joe - a young man who is on the spectrum and so has the concentration needed to obsessively watch one of his neighbors, a reclusive man named Sadowitz. Joe tells his brother Danny, who at first doesn't believe him. But he is curious enough to check into it - and when he realizes his younger brother is right he comes up with an audacious plan - to KIDNAP the killer and ransom him to the City. He enlists a bulry ex-con named Vin and then the three of them nervously carry out the plan.

But unfortunately Sadowitz is very, very good at manipulating his captors, turning them against each other, making them paranoid. Will Danny be able to keep control long enough to get the ransom? Or will the cops catch them while Sadowitz is still their hostage? Or will Sadowitz manage to escape and go back to his murderous ways?
