When Bruno and his partner receive an order to arrest Bruno’s estranged father, what starts out as a standard mission turns into a shoot-out when they are attacked by mysterious Japanese leader Masahiro and his brethren of Black Dragons.

Bruno’s father reveals that he has found a way to teleport humans and Bruno knows too well what this could mean to world economics, politics, migration and freedom. When he hears that the government is also after his father, Bruno agrees to stay with him in an attempt to find the men behind the attacks.

Very soon they are on the run, with the government and the Black Dragons hard on their heals. Following their clues to downtown Berlin, Sommer is captured and Bruno narrowly escapes death.

Using Richard to activate the teleporter prototype, Masahiro unleashes his warriors against the European Parliament to topple their enemies from power and Bruno must find the way to save his father and stop the attacks before it’s too late.
