Angie Hooper

I am a novice scriptwriter. I am currently working on two projects, a spec script for a television show and a feature film script.
I recently left a painfully monotonous and stifling job in a call centre. Not long after, my family suffered a tragedy involving my brother who had finally been cast in a feature length film which had been completed just weeks before. He had worked his whole life towards a large role.
This brought me to a point where I had no choice but to stop and think about where my own life was headed. Writing has always been a medium for me to express myself and I found myself turning back to it once again during this painful chapter of my life.
I am now left telling myself "I can write, I can be successful", and telling the world "I am a novice scriptwriter".
