I am a retired graphic artist. I have been writing for many years, including novels and short stories. Three years ago I became enamored of the screenplay format and since then I have written seven complete screenplays.
I am hoping to be part of a new wave of screenwriters who emphasize the older values—quality over fad and cliche. In my screenplays there are no drug addicts or dealers, rogue cops, naked pole dancers, liquor guzzling and chain smoking, martial arts, bar fights, car chases, explosions, gun fights, insect-like aliens, robots, amnesiacs, morons, bums, gold-hearted whores or insufferably cute children.
