Isaiah's love affair with cinema began in his childhood growing up in the Panama Canal Zone when he was scared senseless watching E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial late one night at a friend's house. That moment sparked a lifelong journey, immersing himself in thousands of films and building an encyclopedic knowledge of cinema. This deep well of inspiration fuels his writing, allowing him to blend influences, genres, and storytelling techniques with a masterful touch, enhancing every scene he crafts.

As a screenwriter, Isaiah enjoys writing small town dramas and science fiction, and occasionally enjoys writing small town science fiction dramas. His major screenwriting influences are the Coen Brothers, David Lynch, Damon Lindelof, Paolo Sorrentino, Noah Hawley, and Quentin Tarantino.
