I am a 27 year old African with a passion for storytelling. When I discovered the art of screenwriting, I fell completely in love with it and set out to turn a couple of novels I had written into scripts.
Having NO training or whatsoever in the craft and in writing as a whole, I set out to learn as much as I can and still am. The internet has been my very good friend since I started 3 years ago. I find it a treasure trove of screenwriting resources I couldn't possibly access otherwise and it is yet to fail.
My uploaded scripts; Long Time Coming and Starting Over are my novels I turned into screenplays and so far, they seem to be holding up on this site just fine. Long Time Coming made the Top Ten list at number 9 with two reviews!
I am passionate about telling stories with interracial themes and my writings reflect this passion. I am partial to dramas, comedies and crime HOWEVER, I will read every kind of script, and objectively give my opinion on it. My favorite tv programmes are mostly in the vein of CSI and the likes.
Currently, I have a total of 3 features, 3 shorts completed and a couple more in the works. If i get to sell or option them...good for me. But it is not my motivation. I just love the craft and seeing a story that was only an idea take shape on paper. I need all the help I can get thus my being on this site.
