Dawn writes feature and episodic screenplays across genres that explore the conflict and dysfunction of humanity. Her favorite characters are female leads who overcome a myriad of obstacles to become the best version of themselves. Dawn believes that good stories are those that connect the audience in a way that creates ongoing thought and discussion of their own experiences. She lives at the edge of the forest in Portland, Oregon with her husband and chihuahua.
