I love stories that reward the audience for paying attention—where the rules matter, details have consequences, and a twist feels inevitable in hindsight rather than pulled out of a hat. Science fiction, time travel, superheroes, dystopian worlds, and reality-bending mysteries tend to be my playground, but at the center of every story I'm looking for the same thing: characters worth following.
