Katarina Hicks was most recently VP of Production and Development at Franklin Entertainment, producer DeVon Franklin’s (Breakthrough, Flamin Hot) production company, where she led the development of film projects under their first look deal at Paramount Pictures and oversaw the series Kingdom Business (BET+).
Previously, she was a Development Executive at Lynda Obst Productions (Interstellar, How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days) where she was the point executive on the scripted mini-series The Hot Zone (NatGeo) and led development for their first-look deal at Sony Pictures Television.
Currently she works as a freelance script reader for various platforms and production companies, such as Leviathan Productions and Kas Kas Productions.
