Are you looking for a creative mind with extensive experience with mythical creatures, project coordination, screenwriting, rich media development, Jedi mind tricks, directing and production? Fantastic…because I’m Stan Lee, Guillermo Del Torro and J.J. Abrams shaken together, not stirred!
I exited my teen angst driven high school years with a 1980’s Hair Metal Rock God dream playing in my head. It was not to be. So I gathered up my courage and attended Hogwarts to become a great Wizard. I stalked the cold stone corridors for one semester before I realized some kid by the name of Potter had beaten me to the punch. Next up I enlisted at the Imperial Academy. I wanted to head up the Propaganda division, but instead ended up as a Tie Fighter Pilot. My first mission; defending a huge planet killer of a space station against the rebels, flying as wingman for Vader himself. Let’s just say the other wingman, I think his name was Duke, wasn’t up for the challenge. He was hit, swerved out of alignment and slammed into me. I ejected safely bouncing along for a while, but as I sat in the cold of what was left of my ship, shivering and teeth chattering, I knew the Empire was a wash. Once out of my wrecked ship I journeyed to Panem and joined Seneca Crane as a Junior Game Maker for the Hunger Games. I think we all know how that turned out. Damn you Katnis! A year working for Ingen handling marketing for Jurassic Park followed where I got to see a T-rex WAY to close. Heck, I even took a job working for a guy named, The Brain, only to find out later he was actually a laboratory mouse bent on world domination. How did I miss that? This was how I got my start as the Creative Samurai you see before you.
In my more than 23 years as an entertainment professional I have flourished as a writer, director and producer on a number of projects. I’ve been honored to be one of the leaders for the U.S. DoD’s Office of Corrosion Oversite’s standing campaign to educate the nation’s infrastructure, helped take the internet show Mom’s Homeroom for MSN to more than 73 million views in two seasons and wrote/directed rich media projects for the Walt Disney Company (via Bruno White Entertainment). I even found some time to write a novel about my mentor, legendary Stunt Coordinator Glenn R. Wilder, being published by Bear Manor Media.
