A BFA graduate of the SUNY Purchase Dramatic Writing conservatory in 2012, Nich Esposito created and produced sketch comedy and short films in and around New York and Philadelphia through 2014.
He co-wrote "Vocabulary of the Mysteries," Audience Award winner at the 2014 Brooklyn Film Festival and Best Student Film Award winner at the Philadelphia Independent Film Festival. After moving to Los Angeles, he co-created, wrote, and produced the interactive cross-media "Makeson Drinxon Universe" comedy series from 2014-2018.
In early 2016 he began developing his passion piece , "speaking.," until its production in October 2019. Since it began its festival run in late 2020, "speaking." has gone on to feature in over thirteen different film festivals and marketplaces, winning over seven awards and being nominated for many more.
"speaking." ended its festival run with a screening at the world famous TCL Chinese Theatre for Hollywood Comedy Shorts Fest ‘22, while Esposito is currently pitching his two new series “City Don’t Sleep” and "Sheep-ish,” and feature script “Thank You For Your Service.”
