I am a Toronto-based director with over seven years of experience. I also have been trained and work professionally as an actor, which has greatly enhanced to work with actors and bring out their best. I have eleven short films and one feature film to my credit. My first feature, New Year (2010), was a low budget coming of age drama that was shot in 10 days. The film premiered at the Montreal World Film Fest, and later on the Clearwater Film Festival where it was nominated for several awards, including one for myself as Best Director. It eventually won Best Film and Best Actress. New Year is being distributed by Multiple Media Entertainment in Canada and The Orchard internationally. It can currently be seen on TMN Encore and Hollywood Suite.
