Gentrified - Pilot

Art runs an independent ad agency with his best friend Johnny in a quickly gentrifying neighborhood. Along with Art's sister, Cassie and her friend Shelly they work to keep their business afloat while worrying about their landlords (Art's parents) possibly selling the house they live in out from under them and other minutia of millenial life in a quickly changing world.

Episode Synopsis

Art quits his job at a corporate ad agency and starts his own without much luck until a new potential client jeopardizes Art's place in the neighborhood. Shelly tries to get a car loan so that she can get a job.
