A Lebanese citizen receives phone bills to his house for an old phone line that was never installed. He makes a huge mistake by going to the Ministry to check what is going on.

Nasser (78) receives phone bills to a landline his grandfather applied for in 1955 and they never got it installed. He goes to the Ministry to check what is going on. But to be able to submit an application to have the issue reviewed, he has to follow up on the original application. And then he has to deal with the killing routine, and the employees.
