While rummaging through the old forgotten sub basement level of the Air Conditioning school Troy discovers a deep lost secret of the past dean. Suddenly Troy realises his future may not reside at Greendale with his friends.
Troy is all set to hand off the responsibilities of the A/C Repair School to very capable new vice dean. But Troy and the new vice dean need to tie up some loose ends regarding Vice Dean Laybourne's last will and testament. Upon reading the will the two must follow Vice dean Laybourne's instructions leading them to an unknown room far below the school. They discover a deep secret from Laybourne's past. Suddenly he gets an emergency call from his grandmother. He is sent on a quest to rescue her from a malfunctioning HVAC unit at her house. Upon fixing the unit Troy now knows his destiny and it lies in A/C repair.
