Justine Hall, thirty-something, is a commercial broker in Los Angeles. She at times appears to have a tough exterior, but is really a loving and caring woman. She cared enough to leave her hometown where she owned her own business and move to LA to help her younger care-free sister, Carol, out. Carol is the complete opposite of Justine. The two clash about everything but in the end family comes first.
Justine gets caught up yet again, in one of Carol's responsibilities, when she goes to the mall to purchase toys for a group home. While there she witnesses an accident and there begins a crazy, but romantic journey to a Holiday Mishap... which actually turned out to be Holiday Match for her.
