Roger Garza had set aside time in his day to get away from office and have a nice lunch with his siblings, but getting everyone away from their lives ends up harder than he thought.

He calls his sister Lucy, a high-powered executive, who calls their college-student brother Mark, who in turns calls Mark, the slacker extraordinare of the family. They head out to lunch, but soon their phones start ringing and all four of them are pulled into their different worlds. Save for one awkward pause in a tunnel, they spend the entire trip on in their various discussions, ending them only as they enter the restaurant. They sit in silence for a bit, then one by one begin to fall off to their phones once more, leaving Roger defeated at the table. Fortunately, the food soon arrives, and Roger summons them back for the meal he'd hoped for all along. The only question left is who's paying.
