UPDATE - Thanks to the reviews I received... elsewhere, I updated the script! Nah, you guys helped a ton. I took all the reviews into account(except the "professional" one - fight the power) and swapped out some excessive babbling, got the script down a few pages and hacked off the superflouous tag scene. It's not THAT much different than the one you may have read, but I think it's cleaner now, and I feel like I tightened up some potentially loose ends better. I'm pretty happy with the script... which is terrifying.
This script placed in the Script Shadow 250! <--- remember when this was a thing? Is it still a thing? Has anyone heard a peep?
Word on the street is there were 406,371 entrants into that contest, and mine was in the top 250! I mean, why wouldn't you want to read something like that? At the very least, you can feel better about your writing when your done and think, "THIS made the top 250?! I don't give myself enough credit. If Conzo can beat 406,121 other people, why can't I?!" That's why I'm here folks - to make you feel better about your writing.
B/c people like this kind of thing - My Druncle Kevin is The Hangover meets Uncle Buck meets Jingle All the Way... kinda. It's my own spin, but if I have to conjure up images of familiar movies to get your attention, I'm picking those.
Yes, that's right, you heard me - Jingle All the Way. Underrated!
