Pancho and Fernando were a short lived but popular Cuban comedy duo in the late eighties. After a season of a popular sitcom, the duo split over creative differences and never spoke again. Twenty years later, Fernando is a retired successful star and Pancho is a poor tour guide in Miami. A stroke of luck hits Pancho when he is offered an interview on a hot podcast, The Rollo Hour, which will record in his house.
Pancho agrees, but is embarrassed by his current living situation; a studio apartment with his cousin, Mili, a fast food worker/former prostitute. He gets triggered after watching Fernando bad mouth him on a recent interview with PBS. He and Mili concoct a plan to drug Fernando, lay him to sleep, and take over his luxurious house just to record the podcast. Pancho and Mili have to convince the podcasters, Rollo and Lea, that the mansion and all its amenities are their hard earned possessions while Fernando lays inside the house, temporarily drugged. Will they get through the podcast and out of the house before their unwitting host wakes up?
