Psychiatrist Jackie Jaden successfully uses virtual reality to treat female soldiers returning from the Middle East. On her staff is computer whiz Al-Hashim who dreams of returning to Saudi Arabia as a national hero. The practice appears headed in the right direction when the Army assigns several new patients, including Jaden's sister.
The Army then wants Jaden to interrogate a captured terrorist to keep her practice open.
Al-Hashim realizes his opportunity for greatness is within his reach. The prisoner is an enemy of Saudi Arabia. He kidnaps Jaden's sister and trains her to be a suicide bomber who will kill the prisoner.
Jaden discovers the plan and has to save her sister and stop the terrorist attack.
