Alternate account of the Trojan War story with Dares, a Trojan warrior-priest, and Ilos, a teenage shepherd, meeting the next day after Troy is sacked. Dares and Ilos then meet Hephaestus, a Greek god, who uses his magical powers to send both fellows back in time to witness the causes and events leading up to Troy's destruction.
Can a nobleman and his teenage sidekick change the outcome of a war and their relationship as they travel thru time?
