When a small town newspaper owner is about to go out of business, he is forced to work with his online reporter son, whose site is also on the brink. But, the price they have to pay to save their livelihoods may be higher than either of them expected.

This is a microcosm of what is happening to local media across the country. The traditional newspaper is losing readership, yet the newer digital version can't survive on their own. This journalistic and digital divide is represented not only by the media, but also father and son and can be considered the 21st century generation gap.
