Two five-year-olds, a boy and a girl, discover a secret portal to a world where animals are like humans, learning a number of lessons through their visits.

SPRINGTIME HOLLOW follows 5-year-olds JESSE and JORDAN, twin siblings living normal lives out in the countryside with their UNCLE JOHNNY. That is, until one day, when their lives are changed forever and they find a portal in a tree and enter it, discovering the titular fantasy world, a land populated by many anthropomorphic woodland creatures. Once there, they meet the twins HIPPITY and HOPPITY, two rabbits with whom they quickly become friends, and they also meet and make friends with T.J., the turtle; SUSIE, the squirrel, ROBBIE, the raccoon; and BECKY, the beaver. The friends all have fun playing together while learning many lessons before Jordan and Jesse go back home to their Uncle Johnny's house and learn that he had been to Springtime Hollow as well, so they decide to keep it their little secret.
