In the 1980's, the Saint Peters Street Killer was the most feared serial killer in the United States. Now, nearly two decades later, the killings have started again. Detective Nathan McCoy must find the killer before more bodies begin to pile up and answer the question: Is it the work of a copycat? Or has the real Saint Peters Killer come back to start a new legacy of death?
