An FBI agent connects a seemingly random series of global events and must prove they will pose a monumental threat to the United States.
A series of criminal and terrorist seem totally unrelated until they come to the attention of FBI Agent Jack Rennie and his active imagination. He not only finds the link between them, but uncovers a plot that would destroy most of the eastern United States. The FBI director puts Jack and his long time partner, Sal, in charge of defending the United States against the uncovered plot.
