Mary Matthews is a good, Christian girl. She prays, does her homework and eats her vegetables. But she can't shake this constant attraction she has to Jane: popular cheerleader and campus slut. When Mary gives into her desires and sleeps with Jane her actions unwittingly start a chain reaction of events. Students go missing and several of the women are developing skin conditions and a strange new appetite for human flesh. Campus physician, Dr. Shakes, informs Mary that an experimental drug he prescribed has had dangerous side effects. Now campus is being overrun with zombies. Can Mary and her band of friends (Ted, her Bible Study partner; Zoey, her pining lesbian friend; and The ROTC Christian Soldiers) take down Jane and the entire zombie army?
